Are you ready for adventure? (Part 1)

Description

At this point in the program, I will be challenging the children to learn a game for themselves. This game is the perfect choice, because it has a step by step approach to learning, unlike other rule sets.

The reasoning behind letting the pupils do this, is so that they develop the skills needed to interpret instructions and follow them. In this session we will discuss how their own bias can have an influence on how they interpret the rules.  And how we recognise the influence of those misconceptions and compensate.

The pupils will choose a high fantasy character to play and embark on an adventure.
